Refunds and Returns

There are No refunds . Store credit will be applied if it meets our policy guidelines. If there are any concerns with your package upon receipt , please contact us within 24 hours after receiving package and email picture of the item to seli20collection@gmail.com

Once an item is considered eligible for store credit or return - the following apply

  • Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags to be accepted for a return.
  • Items must be postmarked within days for a full refund.
  • NO RETURNS POSTMARKED AFTER THE 7TH DAY FROM DELIVERY DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  • ALL beauty care products ,wigs, intimates, bodysuits, and sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • You may exchange clothing items within 7 days from the delivery date. This excludes sale items. You are responsible for any shipping fees.
